We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vee Collective purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products back into their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
