Our bags are crafted from high-tech, extra-lightweight ripstop nylon and feature our signature diamond quilting. We prioritize durability and sustainability by using 100% recycled materials for our main fabrics and linings.
How do I clean and care for my bag?
Most Vee Collective bags are machine washable. We recommend a gentle cycle at 30°C (86°F) using a mild detergent. Always remove any leather tags or pouches before washing and let the bag air dry completely.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, but standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days internationally.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are your products vegan?
